Final Nominations Close: Thursday 26 March 2026 (12pm - noon).
Only one (1) submission will be accepted per Affiliate.
After the initial submission confirmation emails (containing an edit link) will be sent to both contacts entered below and to your club. Should you have multiple PVL coordinators/managers, please distrubute the edit link so they can update the nominations as required until the closing date.

Note:
Affiliates can only enter one (1) team in the Premier Division, Challenger Division, Under 19 - Division 1, Under 17 - Division 1, and Under 15 - Division 1.
Affiliates can enter up to the limit displayed in all other divisions.
Youth Tier players must be under the stated age for the full year of the competition. (E.g. to be eligible for a division in the Under 19s, a player cannot turn 19 until after the end of the year of competition (after 31 Dec)).
