EVENT STAFF
Dates: Friday 24th - Sunday 26th October 2025
Location: Gold Coast
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
All roles are casual and may be offered based on availability and suitability. Approximately eight event staff will be engaged for the event period. Accommodation will be provided if you reside more than 1 hour from your assigned venue.
Duties may include:
- Ensuring courts and equipment are set up and ready for matches
- Verifying net height and tension
- Setting up scoreboards and distributing match equipment (score sheets, pens, match balls, etc.)
- Monitoring match progress and court activity
- Ensuring teams and duty officials are present and prepared
- Adjusting net heights as required
- Collecting and verifying completed score sheets
- Recording match results in the VQ Results Management System and updating any physical results displays
REMUNERATION:
- [Tournament] Venue Manager $37.06ph
[Tournament] Court Supervisor $33.96ph
- Superannuation: 11.0% under SGC provisions
- Breaks: A 30-minute break will be provided every 5 hours

- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card – PAID) is mandatory.
