Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 Volunteering WA State Conference, hosted by Volunteering WA.

This year's theme, From Ideas to Impact, puts the focus on growth, action and impact. It's about moving beyond conceptualising volunteer programs, and turning ideas into actionable initiatives that drive change.

Volunteering WA welcomes EOIs from volunteers, volunteer management professionals, researchers, industry partners, corporates, government, peak bodies and other associations – anyone with a passion for enhancing the volunteering experience.

AV requirements

Presentation screens (with audio/video playback), laptop, and microphone will be provided. All final presentations are to be sent to savannah@volunteeringwa.org.au by Monday 27 October 2025 for our AV techs to review and install.

Abstract Guidelines

Declaration: By submitting this form, you agree that if successful you will deliver the presentation outlined above and submit a final version of the presentation to the conference organiser by Monday 27 October 2025.

You also acknowledge that if successful you, and anyone listed as presenting with you, agree to cover costs associated with attending the conference (including travel and accommodation).

Abstracts assessed: Submissions will be assessed by our panel and notifications made in July/August 2025.

Conference Fee: There is no ticket cost for presenters who will attend the Conference for 1-2 hours to deliver their presentation. For presenters who would like to attend the 2-day Conference as a delegate, you will receive a 50% discount on the standard ticket price.
