WBEC-East is proud to have been selected by the US Small Business Administration to unite the Women’s Business Center program in Pennsylvania.

As part of our expansion effort, we are welcoming outreach from established non-profits, Chambers of Commerce, main street coalitions, CareerLinks, community colleges, industry associations, incubators and others with a proven track record of providing support to small business owners in Pennsylvania.

We expect to open proposals for submissions from potential WBC Keys partners in November 2026. This submission window will remain open until further notice and proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing, rolling basis as grant funds allow.
