Eligibile to Apply:

1. Enrolled Members of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi (NHBP);
2. Parents or Spouses of NHBP Tribal Members; and
3. Enrolled Members of other federally recognized Tribes

Applicants Must:

1. Be 16 or older
2. Have reliable transportation 
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Outlook email and calendaring

 

2026 LEAD Program Application Instructions:

To be considered for the 2026 LEAD Program, applicants must complete both steps below:

1. Submit this application form.
2. Complete your profile and upload a resume (or provide professional details) through the Tribal Talent Connect Portal at www.waseyabek.com/tct.

 

Focused Industry Sessions (FINS) will be held 1-3 days per week over the course of 4-6 weeks.  The majority of FINS will be held in-person at the Waséyabek Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Other sessions will be held at Waséyabek subsidiary companies in West Michigan.
