WELCA Registration: How it works!

This is a 3 step process, so that you can reserve your spots quickly.

1. Register up to 6 riders on the "Step 1: Registration Form" - this form is designed to be quick! It allows you to choose to reserve your spot and pay.

2. Complete "Step 2: Participant Information" this form is as streamlined as our insurance will allow. It needs to be completed for every rider attending the Theme Ride. Fill out this form as soon as possible after completing Step 1. You will be sent this link along with your registration confirmation.

3. Step 3 is our waivers! Every rider will need a completed waiver ahead of time. The link to the waivers will be sent to you at the end of Step 2. You can also find the link on our website under our FAQ tab. Waivers must be completed one week before the Theme Ride. We recognize these waivers can take a bit of time and require a bit of information.
Program Information

Participants must be 8 years and older. Each ride can have up to 6 riders. Theme Rides will be on select Saturday evenings with 30 minutes of equipment and safety discussion and practice, an hour long ride in our indoor arena, and 30 minutes learning to groom our horses after your ride.

Program Requirements
Participants must be able to have two-way communication with the staff and be physically able to mount their horse from a mounting block, with possible assistance from staff.
