                • CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION: All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing by email to admin@wfca.ca. A refund will be granted if cancellation is requested by Sunday, August 30, 2026, subject to a $50 administration fee deducted from each cancellation request. No refunds will be granted after August 30, 2026. Substitutions will be granted if requested by Sunday, September 6, 2026, subject to a $25 administration fee charged for each substitution request. No substitutions will be granted after September 6, 2026.
