  • What You Need

    PLEASE NOTE: Checklist items you label as "Attached" must be uploaded at the end of this form.
  • An application for a building permit must be accompanied by plans that address the requirements of Part 4, Division 2 of the Building Regulations 2018. Please ensure your plans include the following information (as a minimum):

    • Scaled site plan showing:
      • site levels
      • storm water drainage layout
      • the street
      • a north point
      • buildings on adjoining properties (if required)
      • set back distances from the proposed work to other buildings and property boundaries
      • the location and dimensions of any easements and/or septic systems
    • Floor plan
    • Elevations
    • Section drawings showing all relevant structural information
    • Window and lighting schedules
    • General construction notation and notes
