Dear Family,
The Whittaker Mason Clark families have joined together to host a “Race for the Roses/Kentucky Derby” Family Reunion in Lexington, Kentucky, June 12 – 14, 2026. Easter Whittaker and her siblings are the focal point of our family reunions. We want to reunite her descendants and introduce the cousins to each other. We will have a family meeting on Saturday to determine when and where we will have the next reunion, along with some other family business. Now go get your best dress and hat ladies, while fellas press your best linen attire and "Hold your Horses, it's our Family Reunion!"
To enhance communications, we’ve maintained the Family Reunion Website (see link above). Please log on and pull up the 2026 Reunion page for registration information. While there, click on the Family Directory page to “Add your Profile” or “Edit your Profile” to assure that we have current information on you and your family. The password you establish should be used to log in to the other secure pages. You may also want to sign the guestbook to let your family and friends know you are coming to the Reunion.
We have established a Planning Committee with representatives from each family, i.e., Monique Joseph (Mary Whittaker), Allison Sneed (Easter Whittaker), Angela Kennedy (Easter Whittaker), and Felicia Johnson (Easter Whittaker). Anyone can volunteer to assist the committee and serve as a backup in the planning processes.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
Embassy Suites by Hilton,Lexington, KY 245 Lexington Green Cir Lexington, KY 40503. Embassy Suites. A room block has been reserved in the name of the Whittaker Mason Clark Family Reunion at a room rate of $149/night plus taxes, single or double occupancy. These rooms are suites and can comfortably fit 5 people. However, each guest must contact the hotel directly at (859) 271-4000 to make reservations. Booking Link. Wi-Fi, parking, Made to Order breakfast (daily), and 2-hour reception (daily) a re complimentary. The cut-off date for reservations at the reunion discount rate is May 15, 2026, unless the hotel runs out of rooms.

Embassy Suites has an airport shuttle, and they are only 7 miles away from the airport.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
There is a registration fee of $100 for each adult, aged 18 - 74; 74-79 regisratation fee $75, a $50 registration fee for young adults, 4 – 17 years of age; youth and children. Ages 80+ and 3 and under, registration Fee Waived. Registration will close April 15, 2026. Registration is non-refundable and is only sold as a total package. There is NO pay per activity available.
For the 2026 Reunion, we ask please no checks. Payment options are money order, Credit Cards through WMC Reunion an additional $5 will need to be added to cover charges, Venmo- @WMCReunions, Zelle wmcreunions@gmail.com, and cash. Payments can be sent at your convenience, but the committee has given suggested payment due dates:

Reunion T-Shirts:
Reunion T-Shirts are included in the registration cost. T-shirt color is red. We will not take orders for Reunion T-shirts after April 15, 2026, and will not have any available for purchase in Lexington.
