  • *All Non-Food/Non-Drink Providers must pay a $750 Vendor Registration Fee after application is submitted and approved. A member of our team will contact you after application submission.

  • Restaurant Needs

    Limit of two 6' tables. Lighting and 110v outlets provided.
  • By signing this registration you understand and agree to the following:

    1. Participate in Taste of the Island, Rain or Shine.
    2. Arrive between 2:30pm and 4:00pm to check in and complete set up by 5:00pm.
    3. Serve approximately 700 portions for the full 3 hours of the event - restocking your food/beverage as needed.
    4. Provide linens, table coverings and decorations for your table(s).
    5. Supply paper and plastic good and utensils to serve your product; and ice, if required.
    6. Provide code-compliant fire extinguisher if cooking on-site with an open flame.
    7. Provide signage to identify your business. All spaces ahve area to hang signage behind table.
    8. Have Occupational License and Certificate of Liability Insurance on hand at the event. Please also e-mail a copy of these documents within a week of the event.
    9. Provide your event staff with shirts and name badges identifying your business.
    10. Ensure no damage to concrete, asphalt, canopies, tables or other property of the the City of Wilton Manors or Taste of the Island, Inc.
    11. Provide a $35 gift certificate to be used for guest prizes.
    12. Agree that NO VENDOR SALES OF GOODS OR SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
    13. A maximum of six (6) staff members will be issued armbands for free admittance at check-in.
    14. Taste of the Island reserves the right to remove any vendor at any time for any cause felt to be inappropriate or not meeting the needs of the event.
    15. Complete breakdown by 10:00pm on the day of the event.
    16. NonFood/NonDrink vendors must pay a vendor fee in place of providing food/drink.
    17. By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional use by organizers. Entry also consents to bag checks, body checks and the use of metal detectors.
  • INDEMNITY: In consideration of the privilege of being allowed to take part in this event and use the equipment and facilities of the City of Wilton Manors (City) and Taste of the Island, Inc. (Taste), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City and Taste, their contractors, trustees, elected and appointed officials, agents, servants, volunteers and employees from and against all claims, demands, causes of actions of whatsoever kind and for any resulting judgments, losses, costs, damages, liability, expenses, including but not limited to attorneys' fees arising out of occurrence during or relating to use of the equipment or facilities of the City or Taste. You agree to bear the full cost of any expense incurred due to any injury to yourself or staff, or damage to your property. You agree that Taste and the City may take photographs of your staff, booth display and signage during the event for future promotional purposes. You agree that Taste and the City may use your business name and logo to produce print and electronic materials advertising the event.
