Correctional News is proud to recognize the next generation of industry leadership through the Emerging Leaders Award. This distinction honors professionals who, while still early in their careers, are already demonstrating exceptional vision, innovation and influence across the corrections and justice landscape.

Nominees must have fewer than 10 years of experience in the corrections and justice industry and be employed by an A/E/C firm, vendor, subcontractor, manufacturer or facility owner/operator. Candidates must demonstrate a clear trajectory of leadership and measurable contributions to advancing projects, operations or industry practices.
