✔️ For Insurance Patients:
Complete your insurance verification
Review your copay, deductible, or any out-of-pocket costs with you
Assist to add your payment card/HSA card to Athena Portal
✔️ For Self-Pay and Subscription Plan Patients:
Complete your self-pay/subscription agreement
Assist to add your payment card/HSA card to Athena Portal
Assist you in prepaying for your first visit or first subscription payment, as applicable
Authorize card-on-file use and confirm your monthly billing plan
Your payment will be processed to finalize your appointment and begin care.
