    THANK YOU for your interest in being a vendor at Sylva Farmers Market for its first full-season of operation, beginning Saturday, April 5, 2025. 
  • ALL APPLICANTS: Please complete the application in full and please read and sign the market requirements.

    The 2025 Season will operate on Saturday mornings, beginning April 5, 2025 through November 29, 2025. 

    The hours of operation will be from 9-1, with set-up starting at 7:45 and vendors expected to break down promptly at 1pm, but not prior to. Vendors MUST be completely broken down by 2pm.

    We will regularly use the information
    provided for communication, marketing & cross-promotion, mailing checks, and planning a balanced market throughout the season. There is limited space for this market, so please apply quickly if you want to be considered.

  • We are allowing a 70:30 ratio of farmers:crafters

    For example, if there are 20 vendors, 14 minimum will be farmers and 6 maximum can be crafters.
