The West Penn Energy Fund (WPEF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions across Pennsylvania.

Vision: To inspire a belief that advanced energy technologies can improve our lives.

Mission: To promote the deployment of sustainable energy technologies that benefit West Penn Power ratepayers in Pennsylvania with two primary project financing offerings: Conventional Financing & Grant Making (Limited Availability) supporting the following focus areas:

Deployment of renewable & clean energy power production

Innovative energy efficiency & conservation technologies

Education, economic development, & environmental betterment

WPEF seeks to develop a diversified portfolio of sustainable energy investments. Project inquiries may be submitted throughout the year. This form helps us to better understand your project and determine appropriate next steps.
