  • FIDIC Strategic Plan (2025 – 2028) Survey

  • The purpose of this survey

    FIDIC last reviewed its strategic plan in 2019 for the period 2020 to 2024, this is now due to expire. Over the past 5 years there has been significant change and progress both in the way FIDIC operates and the services it provides.


    As such and in line with best practice the Board believes it would be prudent to review FIDICs current Strategic plan and set a direction for the 2025 – 2028 period.


    Many companies and individuals have played and continue to play an important part in FIDIC and as such we believe it is important to canvas and assess views on developing how to continue to take FIDIC forward making sure it remains as the forefront of representing the global consultancy and engineering sector and its Member Associations.
