Roadeo Banquet is NOT included in a Full Conference Registration.

Competitors will still need to purchase tickets for any family/friends attending the banquet. If you are not a competitor, you will need to purchase a ticket.

We can only accommodate the following food alternatives: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and severe allergies. *Please indicate your severe allergy under the "Other" section. Thank you for your understanding. 

Cancelation Policy:
You must cancel in writing to wsta@watransit.com by 5:00 pm on July 31st in order to get full reimbursement. If you do not cancel before this deadline you will be responsible for full payment. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the conference and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
