What is the Wall of Fame?
The Wall of Fame is an annual event that recognizes exemplary employees for their dedication, innovation, customer service, and professionalism. You select and nominate the honoree(s), then submit the nominations online. Each honoree receives a certificate and commemorative poster. They will be publicly recognized by WSDOT and WSTA later this year.

When and where will honorees be recognized?
The Wall of Fame banquet is scheduled to coincide with the 2025 Washington State Public Transportation Conference August 16-20 in SeaTac. The banquet is typically held on the final night of the conference (Wed., Aug. 20th).

    When are the nominations due?
We are accepting your nominations now. The deadline for all submussions is Tuesday, July 8. No late submissions will be accepted, so please be mindful of the deadline. Complete and submit the forms on the conference website, including photos and a brief summary of each nominee's work for which they are being honored.

How many honorees may we recognize?

Each agency may submit up to three nominations: two individuals and one team.

    Honoree photos
    Electronic photos

Please upload at least one photo (preferably in color) for each honoree and/or team as a jpg file. To ensure high-quality reproduction results:

    • The minimum image resolution should be 1150 x 920 pixels per inch.
    • Focus on the honoree’s head and shoulders for both individuals and teams.
    • Try to avoid the “mug shot” look.
    • Select a pleasing background to ensure a high-quality photo, preferably without shadows and background interference (trees, windows, fences, building facades, etc.).

Identify each attached photo with honoree’s name and/or team members’ names and agency. If an agency is submitting photos for two individual honorees, number the photo and match it to the number on the entry form. Team photos should be labeled as members are arranged (left to right, front to back).

Note: These photos represent both your employee(s) and your agency. It is important to submit a quality product. Electronic, professional-quality photos in color are preferred. The photos will be displayed on the honoree’s commemorative poster. If you do not have digital capabilities or need assistance, please email Debi LaVaque.

  • Please upload at least one electronic photo (preferably in color) for each honoree and/or team as a jpg file.
See below to upload. If you are unable to upload all your pictures, please email Debi LaVaque.
