WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on September 18th, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
