Registration:
The registration fee is $150 which includes snacks/beverages on Wednesday, light Breakfast snacks, snacks/beverages on Thursday, meeting room rental and meeting materials. Please register each person no later than April 01, 2026 to avoid a $15 late fee.
Invoicing & Payment
At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.
