Register below for the Operator and/or Maintenance Competitions. The registration fee for competitiors includes a roadeo hat, pin, BBQ lunch and banquet dinner ticket. *The Deadline for Registration is 5pm Monday, July 6th.

If you do not know who your competitors are by the registration deadline, please complete the form by indicating “TBD” in the name fields. Once confirmed, email the names to WSTA staff no later than July 28th.

Please note that WSTA events such as this one are open to WSTA Members and Transit Associate Members only.

*We kindly ask that you be respectful of the number of people in your group for the BBQ to ensure we have enough food for our event.

First Time Roadeo Competitors

Washington State competitors, who are competing in the state roadeo for the first time, will receive a souvenir jacket if ordered. Please list name(s) and size(s) below.
*Please note jacket sizes RUN SMALL, we suggest sizing up.
A $45 per jacket late fee will apply for orders received after July 06, 2026

Cancelation Policy

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy
*Any cancelations made after 5pm on July 6th will be invoiced in full. Substitutions are welcome, please notify Brenda Barnett at brenda@watransit.com. Registrations received after July 13th will be charged a late fee of $50 per person for Operators and $100 per Maintenance Team.

WSTA Invoices/Payment Options
WSTA will invoice you after the Roadeo event. Please note, if you wish to pay with a credit card, there will be a credit card processing fee. There is no additional fee for invoices paid by check, & ACH. Thank you!

*Registrations After July 13th are based on availability and are not gauranteed, additional late fees will apply. Please reach out to WSTA Staff for availability.
