 Tuesday, January 27th | 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  

*Please note we try our best to hold Legislative items on the 2nd day, but this isn't always the case due to scheduling issues. Thank you for your understanding.

The registration fee includes dinner on Monday, breakfast snacks on Tuesday, coffee/beverages each day, meeting room rental, and materials. Guests are welcome to join us for dinner for an additional $35 per person.

Please register each person individually by Monday, January 12th, or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

WSTA Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on January 12, 2026, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Please contact a WSTA Staff member to cancel the registration. Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for the event are per person.
