2nd Quarter Board Meeting
Thursday, May 28th: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Lunch at noon - 1:00 p.m.
Group Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
Friday, May 29th: 8:00 a.m. - Noon 

Registration:
The registration fee is $150, which includes lunch, and dinner on Thursday, breakfast Friday, coffee/beverages each day, meeting room rental, and materials. Guests are also welcome to join us for dinner for an additional $45 per person

Please register each person individually by Monday, May 4th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Payment methods include checks or credit cards. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

Lodging: 

WSTA has a room block at The Campbell's Reosrt on Lake Chelan at the government per diem rate. Please visit the Board page for lodging information by CLICKING HERE. 

*Do note the room block closes on Monday, April 27 th. 

 

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on Monday, May 4th either will be refunded or not invoiced. Refunds will not be made for cancelations made after this date and registrations not canceled prior to this date will be invoiced in full. Substitutions are welcome - please notify a WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. If paying via credit card and you cancel withing the cancelation period we will issue your refund via check. *Prices for event are per person.
