  • Registration:
    The registration fee is $125, which includes breakfast, lunch, beverages, group dinner and meeting materials. 

    Please register each person individually by Tuesday, September 16th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. 

    Invoicing and Payment:
    At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments.     WSTA has a room block for the rate of $199/night. Note this does not include tax and other fees. To access the room block CLICK HERE.

      • WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

        Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on September 16th, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
