Registration:
The registration fee is $125, which includes breakfast, lunch, beverages, group dinner and meeting materials.
Please register each person individually by Tuesday, September 16th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed.
Invoicing and Payment:
At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event. WSTA will invoice you after the event.
