    Registration:

    The registration fee is $225 which includes beverages all three days, group dinner on Wednesday, breakfast, and lunch on Thursday, breakast and beverages on Friday as well as meeting materials and room rental.

    Please register each person individually by Monday, September 8th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed.

    Invoicing and Payment:
    At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

    Alderbrook Resort: 10 E Alderbrook Dr, Union, WA 98592

    WSTA has a room block for the rate of $110/night. Note this does not include tax or the $25 resort fee. Cutoff date for reservations is Monday, September 8th. Please note there is no booking link, reservations will need to be called in, more information will be on the WSTA Committee page HERE.

        • WSTA Refund/Cancellation Policy

          Registration fee for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on September 8th either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with credit card prior to meeting and cancelled before registration deadline, will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please noifty WSTA staff via email if a substituiton is necessary. Prices for event are per person.
