1. Submit Your Inquiry

Tell us a bit about your event using the form below.

2. Book a Quick Call

After submitting, you’ll get a link to schedule a 15-minute consultation with a Wake team member. We’ll go over your vision, questions, and logistics.

3. Receive a Quote

Within 5 business days of your call, you’ll receive a custom quote tailored to your event.

4. Secure Your Date

Love it? Submit your deposit and lock us in.

5. Final Prep Call (1 Week Out)

We’ll touch base one week before your event to finalize the details.

6. Friendly Reminders

You’ll get a text the day before and again on event day to confirm we’re on our way.

7. Let’s Make Magic

From the first pour to the final sip, we’ll be there to serve great coffee and good vibes.
