Summer housing forms must be submitted by Friday, April 24, 2026.
Students will receive summer housing and roommate assignment the week of April 27, 2026.
Summer housing will be offered in Ormseth for current students.
Summer housing dates are Monday, May 4 through Friday, July 17, 2026.
Students must receive approval from the Business Office prior to being assigned into summer housing.
Students must pay for summer housing or set up a payment plan prior to being checked into summer housing.
Summer housing and single rooms are limited due to summer campus and conferences.
Rooms and preferred roommates are not guaranteed.
The summer housing fee is $350 per month/$87.50 per week for a double room in Ormseth; no meal plan.
The summer housing fee is $450 per month/$112.50 per week for a single room in Ormseth; no meal plan.
Students who do not pay for their summer housing will be asked to move and check out of their spring housing assignment by May 1, 2026.
Once the Ormseth rooms are ready for move-in, students will transition into summer housing starting the week of May 11, 2026.
Students residing on campus for fall 2026 will transition into their fall housing assignment starting July 20, 2026.
Students living off campus for fall 2026 will need to check out of summer housing by July 17, 2026.
