I grant to the Photographer or licensees or assignees the permission to capture images and videos of me during the Photoshoot.

It is understood no refund/credit will be giving for any cancellation of scheduled appointment for any reason including weather or traffic, etc.

It is also understood that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. The Photographer has the option of marking your appointment as a missed appointment and no refund/credit will be given.
