This contract is between Photos by Wanda, and an Independent Contractor, whose name and email address appear below, referred to as the CONTRACTOR.

Please upload all photos and/or videos to the link I will provide you day of. No editing is required or requested of you. Photos/videos must be uploaded within 24 hours.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: The contractor and Photos by Wanda hereby specifically agree that the contractor is performing the services as an independent contractor and contracted with Photos by Wanda. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, as a guarantee of future employment or engagement, or as a limitation upon Photos by Wanda sole discretion to terminate this agreement at any time without cause. The contractor shall have no claim against Photos by Wanda hereunder or otherwise for unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Payment is agreed on the amount of$300.00. Payment within 24 hours of upload as long as everything requested is there and adequate footage is represented. Payment reserved to be withheld in any amount based on the requests and submissions.

This Agreement contains the complete and final expression of the agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and signed on
