    PLEASE NOTE: We do not work with properties that are individually managed. We are unable to stand behind the quality of individually owned properties. If you are looking for options with shared space (like a living room), we will work with our partners to find vetted villas, apartments, and/or hotels that meet your needs.

      Understanding your trip budget is crucial information required to initiate trip planning. Without this, I am unable to begin the research process. Please consult with any other decision-makers involved and establish a trip budget (excluding airfare). If you're unsure, please determine the maximum total amount you'd be comfortable spending on the trip, then divide that by the number of travelers.

  • Please note that some of our proposals come from suppliers who provide bundled rates without breaking down individual components. This practice protects our valued partners who may have confidential, contracted rates from local vendors and creates a seamless and holistic approach to your travel plans. Do you agree and understand that your proposal will come as one packaged rate and that itemized pricing will not be available?*
  • Please understand that while planning your trip, we will primarily be in contact via email or scheduled phone calls. This approach provides you with the best level of service while ensuring that no important information is overlooked. We strongly discourage questions via text message in order to maintain accuracy and clarity while we plan your trip. In advance of your departure date, we will provide you with the best local contact information for prompt assistance after business hours. Unscheduled calls and texts are, of course, available to you for any in-travel emergencies that arise.*
  • Please be aware that there are planning fees associated with the creation of your personalized itinerary based on the three levels of planning services that we offer: Voyager, Signature, and Ultimate. During our complimentary intake call, we'll discuss your travel goals and provide you with a detailed understanding of any associated fees based upon the unique aspects and complexities of your trip request.*
  • In order to move forward after our call, a planning fee will be required based on the complexity of the trip, number of travelers. This shows your commitment to working with me and allows me to choose the best vendors to meet your trip needs.  (This is our mutual agreement).*
  • Do you understand that agreeing to work together is a mutual decision made by both The Wanderful Gourmet and the potential client?*
  • All services require full payment of the invoiced fee at the beginning of the planning process. Fees are based on two travelers for 7 days and are scaled according to your specific inquiry. Fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable, and the agreement is valid for 14 days from the proposal date. Additional fees may apply for rush bookings and a la carte services.*
