    We recognize the costs associated with our programs and understand that people may need financial help paying them. At Warwick PAL, we believe that every child deserves a chance to play, so we offer support to families who need help whether financially or through a payment plan to lessen the immediate impact.

  • Your child's participation is paramount to the goals and objectives of Warwick PAL.

  • The financial assistance option is available to qualifying families who must apply by completing this form. Unless there are documented circumstances which will need to be included on your application, you cannot use both options. Additionally, a separate financial assistance application is needed for each program.  Example: If you have 2 children in separate sports, 2 applications are needed. If you have 2 children playing the same sport, 1 application is needed.

    Lastly, the need for financial assistance does not absolve, nullify or void the $40 volunteer waiver fee.  Applicants who are approved for financial assistance are expected to volunteer at least once in conjunction with receiving the financial assistance and at least once as a parent/guardian subject to the volunteer policy.  

    Upon receiving your information, it will be reviewed as quickly as possible. Once a decision is made, an email will be sent to you. DO NOT register for any program until receiving the financial assistance email.

  • The payment plan is a 3 month installment option and is listed at registration checkout.  The first will be at the time of registration while the second and third payments will be due on the same day of each successive month.  Failure to pay may prevent future PAL registrations to any program.

  • Those accepting Financial Assistance are expected to volunteer at a game and/or an event within the year regardless of their volunteer waiver fee status.  

  • Once this application is received, Warwick PAL will evaluate the information.  All information listed on this application must be true and accurate.  If there are any questions, Warwick PAL will contact the applicant.  If not, expect an email with the decision and the procedure to receive the financial assistance if approved.  Any discrepancies found in the application may be cause for denial.  If the discrepancies are discovered after the financial assistance is awarded, Warwick PAL reserves the right to rescind the money and bill the applicant for the remainder of the program cost.  Additionally, the applicant may forfeit the opportunity to apply for future financial assistance based on the discrepancies listed on this application.  Any unpaid balances may further prevent the applicant and the associated program participant to be denied involvement in the future.
