  • Thanks to the generous support of the North Carolina Arts Council, and in partnership with the Boone DBDA and TDA, Buskers Fest 2025 is fully underwritten. This vital funding allows us to cover core festival operations and, most importantly, support the incredible artists and musicians who make this event so special. There are three ways to get involved. Join us for all or any of these! 

    Monetary Sponsorship: All monetary sponsorships will go to support the important work of the Watauga Arts Council, helping us manage our programs for Public Art, Grant funding for arts programs and professional development,  Entreprenureal Training, Art Classes and Workshops, gallery exhibits and more.  

    In-Kind Sponsorship: We will use a Raffle to entice people to visit all the artists along King Street, to thank the artists, and to raise money for our organization. We’re currently seeking in-kind sponsorships for raffle prizes and items to include in volunteer and participant goody bags. In return, we’re excited to offer visibility and recognition for your support.

    Chair Host: We need hosts for our Seat at the Table Chair Fundraiser. Local artists decorated chairs that we would like to place in local businesses for a scavenger hunt from September 5 - September 20th. We will kick off the scavenger hunt on First Friday Art Crawl. We have chairs of all sizes. Chairs can be placed in the window, hung from the ceiling, or displayed in a desireable location. 

    If you'd like even more visibility, monetary sponsorship opportunities are available. This year, financial supporters will be featured on our:

    • Event website
    • Printed festival take-home materials
    • Social media platforms
    • Festival newsletter

    Priority logo placement and dedicated social media posts will be reserved for higher-tier sponsors. Plus, as a thank-you to our returning sponsors from last year, we’re offering an automatic upgrade to the next tier of sponsorship perks for any contribution you make this year.

    Sponsor Artists - $100

    • This tier functions more like a donation.
    • Contributions will be pooled and distrubuted among participating artists to help support their work

    Art Enthusiast - $300

    • Perks: Logo featured on event newsletter - Basic Placement
    • Logo features on event webpage - Basic Placement
    • Grouped "Thank You" social media post
    • Logo included on take-home printed materials - Basic Placement

    Spotlight Supporter - $600

    • Perks: Logo featured on event newsletter - Better Placement
    • Logo featured on event webpage - Better Placement
    • Dedicated "Thank You" social media post
    • Logo/Ad included on take-home printed materials - Better Placement

    Visionary Patron - $1,000

    • Perks: Logo featured on event newsletter - Best Placement
    • Logo featured on event webpage - Best Placement
    • Dedicated "Thank You" social media post
    • Ad included on take home printed materials - Best Placement

If you want to give more than what is listed, just increase the quantity of any of the amounts and we will make sure your sponsorship perks reflect the amount of your gift. We can send invoices.             All in-kind donors will be acknowledged in a grouped thank-you post on our social media. Higher-value donations may receive a dedicated spotlight post highlighting your business.

          • Host a Chair

            Please fill out the section below if you wish to host a chair in the storefront of your business from our "Seat at the Table: Chair Challenge" project. Chairs will be delivered within the first week of September and picked up on September 20th for an auction on the Jones House Lawn as part of Buskers Fest. We will contact you with the exact date of Chair Delivery/Placement. Please provide any information we may need to know in order to make this a smooth transition. Please let us know if you are not open on certain days so we may work around your store's schedule to ensure placement and return of chairs goes smoothly.
