Terms And Conditions

Any person who wishes to be considered as a PPN Representative must:

Be an active member of a group registered with Waterford PPN (group must be registered at least 6 months) and be nominated by that group. PPN Directory

As a requirement of the Environmental Pillar groups must meet certain specific criteria and be ratified by the IEN.

Group must have a current Constitution/Rules.

Complete in full the appropriate nomination form that includes a short Biography (max 150 words) of the nominee.

Understand the time committment, required attendance, reporting etc relating to the position.

Be proposed by their own PPN Member Group.

Understand that Waterford PPN is non-political, non-sectarian and adheres to the Circular CVSP 8/2018 - PPNs Engagement in the Political Process.

Abide by the Constitution of WPPN & Representatives Charter/Criteria & Responsibilities.

In the event of more nominations than vacancies available; an election will be held.

Declaration* This field is required.The nominee above understands the role of the Representative, will abide by the Constitution of the PPN and the Representatives Charter and will act at all times to further the objectives of the PPN. The nominee understands that as a PPN representative they will be representing the Waterford PPN & not just their group/organisation. The nominee gives permission to Waterford PPN to share the bio included on the nomination form. Our group/organisation supports this representation and understands that the candidate will be representing the Waterford PPN and not just our group/organisation. We understand and agree that the data given on this form will be held and used by Waterford PPN in relation to Waterford PPN Nominations.
