This Sales Quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Delivery time is estimated to be 1–3 weeks after the confirmation of the order and receipt of the advance payment. Payment terms require 50% of the total amount to be paid in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Shipping is arranged to the buyer’s address, and the shipping cost may vary. Ownership of the goods will remain with Seller until full payment is received. All prices in USD unless stated otherwise. Sales or Use Tax is the customer's responsibility if not collected by the seller. First payment is due upon recipiency of invoice, full payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
