Christmas Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Wellsies Pet Treats for your dog’s Christmas treats! Please read the following terms carefully before placing your pre-order.
1. Pre-Orders & Payment
All Christmas pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Products are subject to availability. Limited-edition products, including our Christmas Selection Boxes, may sell out before the pre-order period closes.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Christmas pre-orders will be dispatched during November 2026, with delivery guaranteed before 01/12/2026 for orders placed before the advertised pre-order cut-off date (10/11/2026).
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
3. Personalised Products
Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. Personalised items will be made using the information you provide.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Christmas pre-orders are made in advance, and production is planned around confirmed orders. Please ensure you are happy with your order before completing payment.
Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds for a change of mind, except where required by law.
Personalised products are made to your specifications and may be exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. Please check all names and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.Â
5. Ingredients & Allergies
Please read the ingredients and allergen information for each product before ordering. Although some products are grain free or poultry free, please contact us before purchasing if your dog has a severe allergy or specific dietary requirement.
Treats should be fed as part of a balanced diet, with fresh drinking water always available. Please supervise your dog when feeding treats and provide treats appropriate to their size and chewing ability.
6. Shelf Life & Storage
Our treats have a best-before period of 3 months from production. Please refer to the best-before date printed on your product packaging and follow the storage instructions provided.
7. Limited Availability
Our Christmas Selection Boxes are limited to 40 boxes this year. Availability is subject to stock, and we cannot guarantee that sold-out products will be restocked.
