    Agreement between Westerner Exposition Association and

  • Items to be Sold in Booth

  • Covering the privilege (but not an exclusive privilege) of the following operation at Westerner Park's The Ballroom Boogie, subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing the exhibits at Westerner Park which I/we acknowledge are attached hereto and form part of this agreement. All booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Contracts will not be accepted without payment before the deadline of February 1st.

     

    Insurance

    Must list "The City of Red Deer" and "The Westerner Exposition Association" as additionally insured in the amount of $2 million.

  • Booth Pricing & Extras

    Description and Cost (GST NOT included) as follows: Booths are 10x10. We will supply one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs. We will provide 3' high side drape between booths. Power is additional cost.  Booth Cost: $150.00
  • Payment

    Payment is required upon approval by the Market manager.
  • Please Fill Out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and email to sflanagan@westernerpark.ca once it is completed.
