    Agreement between Westerner Exposition Association and

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Items to be Sold in Booth

  • Covering the privilege (but not an exclusive privilege) of the following operation at Westerner Park's The Wedding Collective, subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing the exhibits at Westerner Park which I/we acknowledge are attached hereto and form part of this agreement. All booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Contracts will not be accepted without payment before the deadline of December 1, 2026.

     

    Insurance

    Must list "The City of Red Deer" and "The Westerner Exposition Association" as additionally insured in the amount of $2 million.

  • Booth Pricing & Extras

    Booth Cost: $400.00
  • What is included with your booth?

    Booths are 10' x 10' and Westerner Park will provide 3' high side drape between booths. Power is included.

    GST is NOT included in the Booth cost

    Requirement from all Vendors

    Each vendor is required to contribute a $100 value product or service from your booth. This will be put towards giveaways and prizes for the event. Clarification needs to be confirmed with the Event Coordinator. 

     

  • Payment

    Payment is required upon approval by the Market manager.
  • Please Fill Out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and email to Marnie Galbraith - mgalbraith@westernerpark.ca once it is completed.
