This is a contract between me, the undersigned Model (hereafter "Model"), and David Grant, stage name Max Wide. I, the model, voluntarily authorize the creation and use of photographs, video, electronic and digital reproductions (hereafter "Content") of my person in the production of material that may be sexually explicit in nature by David Grant (Max Wide) to use across social and tube sites. I hereby give all clearances, copyright and otherwise, for use of my stage name, likeness, image, voice, appearance granted in and performances embodied in the Content.

The rights granted herein are perpetual,  worldwide and survives my death. Each party acknowledges that they shall mutually own all rights, title, and interest, including the copyright, of the Content created as a result of this agreement. No Model shall sell or otherwise transfer any Content ownership or rights without the express written consent of all Models and/or other parties involved in the creation of the Content. Each party shall make all media recordings (including raw footage and promotional pictures) that occur as a result of this contract mutually accessible and available in a prompt manner for all co-models to access (within 21 working days). When available, models will exchange content before departure after filming has been completed. If the filming has been taken on a device owned by the undersigned collaborator they must make the raw footage available within 48 hours of the shooting (UPLOAD RAW PHOTOS HERE). Final copies of edited Content with Max Wide branding, will be available within one month of shotting date (via google.photos link).

The raw footage contained shall not be released nor distributed under any circumstances. Models shall come to a mutually agreeable understanding as to who is responsible for editing the raw footage and delivering the final cut (which must be delivered within one month from shooting date).

Where Max Wide has paid for the venue / camera man / editing (all or one of these) then the collaboration partner will only receive a copy of the edited version with www.max-wide.com watermark intro (first 30 seconds)

I, the undersigned Model, affirm that I allow Max Wide to upload the Content onto sites with paywalls (e.g. justfor.fans) for paid download (i.e. RFC) and paid/free tube sites like xHamster and PornHub or any that that allow the sexual activities depicted in the Content to be posted.

I also allow Max Wide to promote the raw and edited footage via his Twitter account and use marketing sites like @BrettsBoys to promote this content.

I also understand that Max Wide makes Content available for free across multiple adult content platform & tube sites specifically produced promotional content for the express purpose of advertising and promotion.

If Content is stolen, pirated, or otherwise shared by parties other than those mentioned in this Contract, I will make all attempts in good-faith to secure it is prompt removal. However, Max Wide (David Grant) is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of said unauthorized piracy. I, the Model, understand that Max Wide (David Grant) may share the Content created as a result of this Contract across multiple platforms including but not limited to: JustFor.Fans, OnlyFans, ModelHub, ManyVids, xTube, Raw Fuck Club etc…..

All parties within this contract will not use or reveal in any way any personal information, such as legal names, personal addresses, or any other private data of any kind without the expressed written consent of said co-Model.

I confirm that there is no exchange nor expectation of money nor any other compensation from any party involved in or related to the creation of this Content, nor is there any other contract in existence other than Contract. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Contract, that I am not restricted by any other contracts or commitments to any other parties, and that co-Models will have no financial commitment or obligations as a result of this Contract. I expressly release and indemnify all co-Models, employees, agents, and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected to the above granted uses and representations.

I take responsibility for my personal health at all times. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ask the health status of all co-Models. I affirm that I am not under the influence of any substance, legal or illegal, which could impair my judgment or actions in any way. I further affirm that I am entering into this Contract willingly and free from any form of coercion.

This Contract covers all material produced from the date the agreement has been signed below onwards. If at any point after the signing of this contract the model rescinds consent, formal notice must be given by email to max@max-wide.com. This letter will serve as a termination of this agreement as of the date delivered, however all content created prior to delivery (even if not yet posted) will remain bound by the terms of this agreement.

I the below-signed Model, do hereby certify and swear that the information on this form is true and correct and that I agree with all the above terms and sign this agreement on this date.
