Thank you for your interest in Wild Mane Salon? I've created a calming, luxurious space where every detail is designed for your relaxation, from soothing spa music to an indulgent shampoo experience with every service.

This form is part of Wild Mane's exclusive new-guest experience. It allows me to learn more about your hair, your goals, and your desired services so we can customize your visit from the very beginning. It also ensures we’re the perfect fit for one another while saving you the extra step of an in-person consultation before booking.

Once your form is submitted, I'll personally review it and get back to you. Due to the major influx of requests, please allow 48-72 hours for me to get back to you, (Monday–Friday) with the exception of holidays. If I am out of the salon for an extended period of time there will be an attention message at the top of this form that will state when I will begin taking clients again. If you color your hair, was it done professionally by a licensed stylist, or done at home?

My goal is to make your hair goals a reality while keeping your hair as healthy as possible. To do that, I need your complete hair history from the past three years (this includes all chemical and non-chemical services, box coloring, any henna, straightening/smoothing/relaxing services, if you’ve lightened and then colored over highlights, etc). This information is key in creating the best results for you. Please understand that Wild Mane Salon cannot be held liable if your hair history is not fully disclosed.

Do you have well water or city water? Different types of water and minerals can affect the hair and color process differently. This is important information for me to know as well.
