APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES
All new guests will require a non-refundable $50 booking fee to reserve your service time. This amount will be applied to your total the day of your appointment. When you select your appointment day and time, you will receive an invoice via email for your deposit. Your appointment is scheduled and confirmed once the booking fee is paid via text.
All appointments require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Extended appointments such as Extensions, Keratin Treatments, and Color Transformations resulting in a 3 hour or more time block require a 72-hour cancellation. You will be notified of your cancellation time when booking your appointment. In the event a 48-hour notice (72-hours for extended appointments) to reschedule or cancel is not given, the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited as a late cancellation fee. Should you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will then be applied to your new appointment date. We allow one reschedule per booking fee as long as as it is rescheduled within the cancellation window sent in your invoice.
HAIR EXTENSIONS DEPOSITS
All hair extension appointments require an in-person salon consultation. There is a pre-paid consultation fee of $50. If the guest chooses to move forward with getting hair extensions, books their install appointment and their non-refundable 50% deposit is paid prior to leaving the salon, the $50 will be taken off their total due on the day of their install service. If the guest chooses not to pay the deposit for the install and book their appointment prior to leaving the salon, or the guest chooses not to get extensions, the $50 is considered the Consultation Fee Service for time spent with the guest.
A non-refundable 50% payment of the total amount of the Extension service must be paid prior to being able to book your install service. Once the 50% service amount is paid, there are no refunds as we order and color the hair immediately so there are no returns.
In the event you must cancel/rebook your extension CONSULTATION, we require a 48-hour notice to avoid losing your pre-paid amount of $50 as a late cancel fee.
In the event you need to cancel/rebook your INSTALL appointment, we require a 72-hour notice. In the event you give less than a 72-hour notice, you will be required to pre-pay another booking fee to secure a new appointment. Please understand that when you book an install appointment with us, we block off anywhere from 3-6 hours to accommodate you and your hair needs that day meaning we cannot fit in another guest during that time. For this reason, we charge a 50% fee of the scheduled services if you give less than a 72-hour notice. All fees must be paid prior to rebooking an install appointment. If you choose to not pay the fees, you also forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit and the ordered hair as the hair has already been ordered and customized and cannot be returned.
RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully require a 48-hour notice (72-hours for extended appointments). This includes any changes to already scheduled services. In the event a 48-hour notice (72-hours for extended appointments) is not given, there will be a 50% cancellation fee for all booked services. This fee will be invoiced directly to your email and must be paid prior to rebooking a new appointment.
If you have multiple appointments booked, all other appointments will be cancelled until the fee is paid and then you will be permitted to rebook. All reschedules or cancellations should be directed to the salon number and not the appointment confirmation number as its a non-working text number.
Your stylist will give you confirmation they received your cancellation or reschedule request.
LATE ARRIVALS/NO-SHOWS
While we do understand that things happen, please be aware that if you run late, all services may not be able to be accommodated and the total service amount will still apply.
Should you arrive more than 10 min late, we will need to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules due to late arrivals will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) prior to being rebooked.
We ask all guests to plan ahead and arrive 10 min BEFORE their scheduled appointment time to avoid any late arrival or rebooking fees. Our stylists carve out time specifically for you, so showing up late cuts into the time we set aside specifically for you and your scheduled service. Any no-show appointments will no longer be allowed to book appointments at Wild Mane Salon.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
We strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your hair and service. If you require an adjustment, please submit any photos and a description of the issue that needs correcting, along with your availability, within 3 days of your appointment so that your stylist may be able to correct it for you. Your stylist will do their best to accommodate your availability, but may be unable to based on their own availability. Your stylist can discuss with you alternative availability if need be. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind, or for instances where you are unhappy with your service when your result was unattainable in one session which would have been discussed with you by your stylist during your consultation. Please note, you may be required to come into the salon for an assessment prior to scheduling an adjustment appointment.
Any issues reported after the 3 day period, but no longer than 5 days after service, will not be immediately considered for an adjustment, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There will be no refunds on any services rendered.
Any adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the date of your initial service. No rescheduling will be permitted on adjustment appointments after the 14 day period.
At your service adjustment appointment, should it be determined that a service has been altered in any way, there will be no service adjustment made and you will be required to pay for a new service. This is up to the stylists discretion based upon the previous services rendered and the end result achieved.
CHILDREN AND THE SALON
This policy is written with the utmost respect to the parents who come to the salon. We understand this can be a sensitive subject. We are a child-free salon and it is salon policy that there are no children allowed in the salon. Services are available to minors who are 15 years or older. All children under 18 must have an adult present with them at the start of the service appointment to confirm all services before they are to be rendered.
Please make all childcare arrangements before the day of your appointment to the salon. Please DO NOT bring them to your appointment with you. In the event this happens, you will be asked to reschedule and a fee will be charged to rebook. At Wild Mane Salon, we strive to provide the most relaxing atmosphere and thank you for being respectful of our child-free policy.
EXTRA GUESTS IN THE SALON
To be able to provide the best experience we can while you are with us at the salon, please do not bring any guests with you to your reserved appointment. We do not have extra seating in our reception area and our chairs are reserved specifically for our guests with a reservation at the salon. This also helps us keep a relaxing environment in the salon for everyone. Anyone without an appointment will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicle. Thank you so much for your understanding.
PHOTO POLICY
Wild Mane Salon requires before and after photos of every guests hair to ensure quality results. In the event a service adjustment would be necessary, it serves as a record for what services were rendered and the overall outcome. Your face is not required to be in the photo, however record must be made of your hair. Please note that by signing our policy Form, booking an appointment and sitting in your stylist's chair is consenting to before and after photos. We reserve the right to post photos of our stylist's beautiful work. Should a guest not be comfortable with their face in photos, just inform your stylist at the start of the service. However, photos of the hair will still be taken. We own all rights to photos and by booking an appointment at Wild Mane Salon, you are giving us consent to use any and all photos taken of the hair.
