• 2026 POULTRY ORDER

  • IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Continuing!

    This order form is for the Kemptville location only. If you wish to pick up your order at our Delta or Harrowsmith location, please call the store directly. 

    2026 Process

    • 1-2 days after you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice from chickorders@willowsagriservices.ca. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days, please contact us as it is possible there was an error with your order.

    • Payment for invoices is due 1 week prior to pick up. If we do not receive payment, your order will be cancelled. We do our best to send out reminders a day or two in advance; however, it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.

    • Please refer to individual hatchery information sheets for prices and additional costs (e.g., delivery, small order charges, etc.)

    • We understand life happens and you may need to modify or cancel your order. There is no charge for the first change/cancellation; however, a $20 fee may apply to subsequent changes. Please refer to the individual hatchery information sheets for their cancellation/change policies.
    • Orders cancelled within 4 business days of delivery date will not be refunded

    • We will call you 2 days before your scheduled delivery to set a pick-up time window. Please arrive within your pick-up window. If you miss your window, and we cannot get in touch with you, we will start looking for another home for your birds and you will not be refunded.

    • You are allowed a maximum of 300 meat birds and 50 turkeys per year. A maximum of 100 layers total is allowed on your premise. If your order exceeds the limit, it will not be confirmed. For more information on this policy, please visit www.ontariochicken.ca. CFO will not make allowances for chick losses so there is a strict 300 bird limit in place.
