This order form is for the Kemptville location only. If you wish to pick up your order at our Delta or Harrowsmith location, please call the store directly.
2023 Process
- 1-2 business days after you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email from chickorders@willowsagriservices.ca with your invoice.
- If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please contact us as it is possible there was an error with your order.
- Payment for invoices is due 1 week prior to pick up. If we do not receive payment, your order will be cancelled. We do our best to send out reminders a day or two in advance; however, it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.
- An administration fee of $5.00 will be applied to invoices. This fee is reimbursed with the purchase of 1 bag of feed. Please refer to the individual hatchery information sheets for additional fees.
- We understand life happens and you may need to modify or cancel your order. There is no charge for the first change/cancellation; however, a $20 fee may apply to subsequent changes. Please refer to the individual hatchery information sheets for their cancellation/change policies.
- Cancellations within 4 business days of delivery date will still be charged the full amount of the order
- We will call you 2 days before your scheduled delivery to set a pick-up time window. Please arrive within your pick up window.
- You are allowed a maximum of 300 meat birds and 50 turkeys per year. A maximum of 100 layers total is allowed on your premise. If your order exceeds the limit, it will not be confirmed. For more information on this policy, please visit www.familiyfoodgrower.ca
