    This order form is for the Kemptville location only. If you wish to pick up your order at our Delta or Harrowsmith location, please call the store directly. 

    2023 Process

    • 1-2 business days after you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email from chickorders@willowsagriservices.ca with your invoice.

    • If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please contact us as it is possible there was an error with your order.

    • Payment for invoices is due 1 week prior to pick up. If we do not receive payment, your order will be cancelled. We do our best to send out reminders a day or two in advance; however, it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.

    • An administration fee of $5.00 will be applied to invoices. This fee is reimbursed with the purchase of 1 bag of feed. Please refer to the individual hatchery information sheets for additional fees.

    • We understand life happens and you may need to modify or cancel your order. There is no charge for the first change/cancellation; however, a $20 fee may apply to subsequent changes. Please refer to the individual hatchery information sheets for their cancellation/change policies.

    • Cancellations within 4 business days of delivery date will still be charged the full amount of the order

    • We will call you 2 days before your scheduled delivery to set a pick-up time window. Please arrive within your pick up window.

    • You are allowed a maximum of 300 meat birds and 50 turkeys per year. A maximum of 100 layers total is allowed on your premise. If your order exceeds the limit, it will not be confirmed. For more information on this policy, please visit www.familiyfoodgrower.ca

  • Frey's Policies & Fees

    Please take a moment to review

    • A $17.00 delivery fee + HST is applied to ALL orders per date (i.e., if you order day olds on March 22 and April 5, you will be charged two separate delivery fees)

    • An $8.00 small order charge is applied to orders of less than 10 birds of the same age group. For example:
      • An order of 5 white rocks and 5 day old layers would incur NO charge since the total is 10 day olds; however,
      • An order of 20 white rocks and 5 ready to lays would be charged a small order fee on the ready to lays.
         
    • The minimum order for day olds is 5 total (can combine breeds)
    • The minimum order for ready to lays is 2 total (can combine breeds)

    • We allow you to borrow the crate(s) for ready to lay orders; however, there will be a $30 penalty per crate if they are not returned by the subsequent Frey's delivery date (typically every 2 weeks).

    • A Box Fee of $5.00 is applied to orders under 5 birds

    • De-beaking is available at $0.10/bird
