  • Congratulations on being invited to serve as a panelist for the Wisconsin Arts Board! The Arts Board's peer panel review process plays an important role in our grantmaking work, which results in direct investments of public dollars in Wisconsin arts and culture activities. In inviting you to serve as a panelist, the Wisconsin Arts Board staff has recognized your insight, experience and expertise within the arts community.

     

    To help reflect the diversity of Wisconsin on all panels, we seek a balance of geography, gender and sexual orientation, racial and cultural diversity, and artistic discipline expertise (practitioner, administrator, educator, board member, etc).

     

    To agree to serve as a panelist this year, please complete and submit this form. After WAB staff receives it, they will contact you with the date and time of your panelist orientation.

  • You will receive a modest honorarium for your preparation for and service on this Wisconsin Arts Board panel. We know panelists are also workers, parents, community volunteers, and caregivers.

    Please be aware that you are committing your time to a panelist orientation process and application review, in addition to serving on the review panel.

    In developing this panel and the application review assignments, we have spread the panelist work as equally as possible. Your part in this process is critical - not only to the applicants whose work you will review, but also to your fellow panelists.
