Agreement & Acknowledgment

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you are enrolling in a paid membership with Women of Insurance (WOI). Your subscription will auto-renew based on the billing option you select at checkout and on your original join date for each renewal period.

This membership grants you access to all WOI chapters nationwide—connecting you to training, events, and a community of women committed to growth, collaboration, and excellence in the insurance industry.

Member Expectations
- Maintain an active billing account in good standing.
- Engage respectfully and uphold the integrity and values of the WOI community.
- Follow all published membership and community guidelines.
Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
- Non-refundable: All membership payments are final and non-refundable.
- How to cancel: Send a written request to membersupport@womenofinsurance.org.
- Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- 30-day window: If your cancellation request is made fewer than 30 days before your next renewal, one additional payment may process due to the no-refund policy and billing schedules.
- No long-term contract: You may cancel at any time, subject to the terms above.
Once your application and payment are processed, you’ll receive a welcome email with confirmation and next steps to activate your membership and get connected.
