Lichfield Netwalk – West Midlands 📅 Saturday 18 April | ⏰ 10:30am start Join us for a relaxed netwalk in and around the beautiful city of Lichfield. The walk will cover approximately 10km / 6 miles, taking in historic buildings, woodland and cathedral views. A great opportunity to connect with others in the logistics community while enjoying some fresh air. ⚠️ The route may be muddy in places, so suitable outdoor footwear is recommended. We’ll finish the walk with an optional lunch from 1:00pm. Please confirm on the booking form whether you plan to stay for lunch, as numbers must be confirmed in advance. If your plans change, let us know at least one week before the event. Places are limited.

This event offers a unique opportunity to explore an innovative, multi-level urban logistics facility designed to meet the growing demands of city distribution. With space in London at a premium, this development sets a new benchmark for quality, flexibility and sustainability in urban logistics.

Join fellow logistics professionals for a relaxed outdoor netwalk in the Leicestershire countryside around Foxton Locks. This informal networking walk is open to women and men and offers a friendly, welcoming way to meet others in the sector. We’ll set off from the Top Car Park at around 11:00am for a 3–4 mile walk along the Grand Union Canal, taking in the historic locks and surrounding features linked to England’s transport and logistics heritage. The pace will be steady and sociable, with regular stops along the route. Lunch is planned at a local hostelry around 1:30pm. The route includes canal paths, cobbled bridges and steps, so please get in touch in advance if you’d like to discuss accessibility needs. Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
