2026 Woodstock Pride Registration Form

Woodstock Pride is proud to announce the 9th Annual Woodstock PrideFest to be held in Woodstock Sunday June 14th, 2026. This family friendly and fun event is held each year to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.

*All participants will be reviewed; Woodstock Pride reserves the right to refuse any business/organization deemed to not fit within the mission and values of Woodstock Pride and the festival. Please note that we will not accept any direct sale companies. If it is determined that you will not be accepted, you will receive a refund of any funds paid less processing fees.

As of March 7 - no more beverage or 'sweet/dessert' vendors will be approved. If you complete an application, you will be refunded less 5% processing fee.

By submitting this application, you you agree to the above guidelines set forth by the contract above and understand that participation is at the discretion of the Woodstock Pride Board. Vendors, Non profits, political exhibitors and parade participants may be declined if their values or messaging conflict with the mission of Woodstock Pride. In such cases, a refund will be issued less a 5% processing fee.*
