    The following conditions apply to your customisation enquiry:

    • Products may be sold only through sales channels disclosed to and approved by World Coffee Gear. Amazon and bol.com require prior written consent.
    • Customised products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after approval or once production has started, except where they are defective or materially inconsistent with the approved proof.
    • Customised Airscape products have a 24-month commercial warranty from the World Coffee Gear invoice date. If the product is resold, the applicant remains its customer’s first point of contact and must submit any warranty claim to World Coffee Gear.
