    • A return, change or warranty claim can only be activated after approval by World Coffee Gear or your local Reseller

    • Any returned product must be shipped in its original packaging.

    • When the received product is damaged or broken, you need to inform us or your local reseller WITHIN 2 days after purchase. Otherwise you won't be able to claim. Furthermore you need to send at least 2 pictures of the damged product (see below).
    • Warranty on products apply for 24 months after purchase date.If a product is not working as it should, please send at least 2 pictures of the damage.
    • Returns can only be sent to our warehouses upon approval and received return form :

    • You get a return ticket from us. If it is a warranty claim, cost are for us, if you like to change the product or send it back, costs for shipment are for you.
    • Cost for return to be determined after receiving your form.
    • When you agree with the change, return or warranty solution and indication of possible costs, we manage the follow up with you.
