The following conditions apply to your reseller application:

You confirm that you are authorised to submit this application on behalf of the company named in the form.
Products from the brands of World Coffee Gear may be sold only through sales channels disclosed to and approved by World Coffee Gear.
These products may not be listed or sold on Amazon or bol.com without World Coffee Gear’s prior written consent.
As a reseller, you remain the first and legal point of contact for your customers. You must submit any applicable product or warranty claim to World Coffee Gear yourself.
Reseller accounts and commercial conditions are subject to approval. A material breach of the applicable conditions may result in the suspension or termination of the reseller account.
