Parental and Participant Acknowledgements:
WPC National Dance Team auditions are open to all ages and level of dancers from 8 to 25 years. Participating in the audition does not guarantee a position on the team at any time unless officially invited by the WPC Directors. It is acknowledged that WPC Directors, Creative Team and Choreographers will choose the best suited
individuals to represent Canada in Europe based on ability and age requirements. The decisions made to invite dancers to join the National Dance Team are final however, if a position on the team becomes available, students who have participated in the audition process but not originally chosen, may still be offered a position at a later time. All dancers chosen for the team must participate in the choreography process. Further details on scheduling and additional rehearsal will be provided to team members only.
I hereby acknowledge that there are risks inherent in dance, in my child’s participation in World Performers Canada Inc.(WPC) auditions. Having acknowledged these inherent risks, I agree to hold harmless World Performers Canada Inc, it’s directors and choreographers from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of or in any way related to their participation in/or attendance for the National Dance Team Audition.
