  • Position Summary


    The Women’s South Carolina Golf Association (WSCGA) is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator & Junior Foundation Liaison to provide administrative and development support for both the WSCGA and the Vicki Hillen Junior Golf Foundation.


    This role serves as a vital liaison between the WSCGA Executive Director and the Junior Golf Foundation, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support across both organizations. The position combines office administration with responsibilities in member relations, event coordination, and website monitoring.


    With flexible hours (15–20 per week), this position is ideal for an organized, motivated professional with an interest in nonprofit administration and communication.

    Key Responsibilities


    Office Administration

    • Act as the first point of contact for members, donors, and partners via phone, email, and online inquiries.
    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
    • Assist with reporting and organizational documentation.

    Foundation Liaison & Development Support

    • Serve as the liaison between the WSCGA Executive Director and the Junior Golf Foundation, supporting joint initiatives and communication.
    • Assist with donor engagement, acknowledgments, and relationship management.
    • Research grant opportunities and help prepare proposals and reports.
    • Maintain accurate donor and sponsor databases.

    Event Support

    • Provide administrative and logistical support for tournaments and the Foundation’s annual fundraising event.
    • Assist with sponsor outreach, auction/raffle coordination, and event communications.
    • Support on-site execution of events as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
    • Interest in nonprofit development and fundraising.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Canva and donor database/CRM experience a plus.
    • Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling.
    • Professional, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
    • College Degree Preferred

    Position Details

    Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
    Work Environment:  In-person and occasional onsite event support.
    Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience.
